Scope Of Work
A Coachella Valley fave, Chop House now has a new seasonal location at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Meat
lovers and fans of fine wine and spirits made sure to pop by their favorite steakhouse during the tournament. The “Palm Springs Chic” feel of the restaurant showcases renderings of the athletic achievements of the tennis champs of all eras nestled between modern built-in coolers and today’s cooking stars manning the grills in this custom San Diego-based Coastline Designed open kitchen. Turning 40 tables (seating 165 total) several times daily is no easy feat, but with the cooperation of a well-trained staff and excellent fan-friendly design, Chop House came out a cut above the competition.
