Scope Of Work
Yates Construction and our joint venture partner provided construction services for the Toyota Motor Manufacturing facility in Blue Springs, Mississippi. Nearly 1.4 million SF, this greenfield assembly facility is located on almost 1,700 acres and includes a 440,000 SF assembly building, 200,000 SF weld building, 80,000 SF in shop offices, and more.
