Scope Of Work
The owner was having difficulty of renting this 30,000 sf. square building with a single entrance with small number of parking area.
The scope of work was to cut the building in half to make 12ea. individual tenant spaces with new parking spaces in the front of the building facing the street.
Owner is very excited with the idea and potential future tenants are interested with the space and inquiring about the rental cost everyweek.
