Scope Of Work
Bullseye is currently in progress on a ground up vanilla shell for Dynamic Development Company while also performing the Tenant Improvement scope for 7-Eleven as well. This retail shell included two retail space, one already reserved for 7-Eleven.
This project has certainly presented its set of challenges with its Los Angeles permitting process during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, Bullseye remains strategic with our operations and currently remains on track with our completion date!
