Scope Of Work
This project is a new vacation cottages development on the grounds of the United States Naval Academy Golf Course in Annapolis, Md
After winning the excavation package, Cedar Lane was awarded the full site package including:
- Clearing and Demolition
- Sediment Controls / Water, Sewer and Storm Water Management
- Multiple parking lots including asphalt paving along with Oyster shell walking paths
- Building foundation excavation and Temporary and permanent soil stabilization
- Conduit trench excavation and back fill / Rough and final grading
