Scope Of Work

The construction of the new Stanleys Bar Room establishment was completed within an eight-week remodeling duration. Working closely with the owner, Broadview established and obtained critical construction milestone dates, allowing the owner’s staff to start training as scheduled and meet all soft opening and hard opening dates. Broadview removed the old Stasiu’s Bar in NE Minneapolis and converting the bar into a fresh old English pub. This was an extensive project, but the results exceeded expectations. The new large windows that were cut into the existing dark structure significantly brightened up the atmosphere. The tall ceiling and new layout opened up the space for a welcoming ambiance that is perfect for dining and socializing. A new patio with a gas fire pit and heated covered awning creates an outside environment for all to gather. We worked closely with Progressive Architecture and the owner to discuss and create the design, which incorporated interesting nooks and crannies.
