Scope Of Work
This project includes modifying the existing building to encompass the new structure for the rooftop bar.
It involved encapsulating a new 40 lineal foot structural steel beam in the center of the existing dining room, provided a new seven foot deep elevator pit in the heart of the kitchen while the kitchen and restaurant remains totally functional. The existing roof is modified with new bar, restrooms, storage and a office. The rooftop patio has two gas fire pits and two fire places, an outdoor TV and a fabulous view of the River Valley. Broadview builders delivered the project to completion from the original schedule provided from the conceptual plans.
Broadview Builders developed this turn key design build project with Progressive Architecture and the owners and manager of B52 Burgers and Brew.
The Roof top bar will seat 100 people.
