Dane Brubaker's Bio
Practicing Architecture for over 25 years, Dane is involved in every phase of projects associated with Commercial Architecture. Starting back in 1994 with his practice, Dane is involved in every phase of projects associated with Commercial Architecture.
He has worked on a wide variety of project types including but not limited to master planning, large office / industrial parks, healthcare, marinas, sport and aquatic facilities, high rise and financial institutions. His project experience has provided him exposure to a wide variety of experience in Types I, II, III, V construction, including tilt slab, masonry, steel and wood frame construction.
His extensive knowledge of materials allows for sound judgement and evaluation of proper building methods and detailing. His oversight of project specifications and extensive knowledge of roofing systems, building envelope design and waterproofing provides a belts and suspenders approach to eliminating water infiltration, with overall attention to the detailing of our projects to mitigate errors and omissions in a set of contract documents.
In the early stages of a project, his involvement is critical in Pre-Construction by working with Clients and our Construction Team to focus on the refinement of design to maximize an owner’s property value. He excels in providing coordination with local communities and municipalities to address project entitlements from planning, design review and construction permit approval; seeking use permits, variances, rezoning on our client’s behalf.
Eric Courter's Bio
Eric first entered the world of construction as an electrician over 23 years ago. Working his way up the chain, Eric performed as a Superintendent, Project Manager, and then in 2006 became General Manager of RDB Development. During his time as the General Manager, Eric sought and acquired his bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineer Technology, and then went on to achieve his MBA. Utilizing his years of construction experience and the knowledge obtained through his higher education, Eric has been able to coordinate departments seamlessly, improving upon their inter-department collaborations and efficiency. Eric made the move over to Ganem Construction, LLC in 2018 and has proven to be and will continue to be a vital part of the team, ensuring that Ganem flawlessly delivers a great overall product.
Jerry Mason's Bio
Jerry is our Controller and Chief Financial Officer; he is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting. He has been with Ganem Construction, LLC since its inception and has held executive financial positions within all of the Ganem business ventures. He is the individual with the financial controls of every project we contract. He works side by side with your project manager to ensure that all documentation is in place to protect Owners and the Company.
Jerry oversees the contract financial administration process in regards to the proper payment, documentation and release of funds. He has his hands on the pulse of your construction dollars and ensures all statutory and procedural releases are in place for the protection of the project.
Parker Ganem's Bio
Parker is a third generation Arizona native with 28 years of construction experience. He started in construction as an electrician by trade then moved to general contracting in 1995. After gaining a few years of general contracting experience, he started Ganem Construction, LLC in January of 2000. He is a Father, family man, traveler, aviator (fixed wing and roto-craft), motorcyclist, water craft enthusiast, fitness aficionado, skier, and off-road enthusiast. Being born and raised in the heart of Phoenix has allowed him to enjoy being a part of countless projects in the valley for over 20 years. Having experience at all ends of the spectrum allows Parker’s oversight to provide immense support and valuable leadership to each project constructed by Ganem. Over the last 20 years, Parker has established a team that has decades of experience in the construction industry; a team that leaves no detail overlooked and will complete each project with attention and expertise.
Rob Gochee's Bio
Mr. Gochee has extraordinary cross-functional management experience with over 20 years in industry developing budgets, scheduling, procurement, and risk management. He also has extensive history in developing management and business plans as well as training in contract management. He has a proven track record showcasing an ability to effectively plan, coordinate, develop and manage expectations to achieve any desired outcome.

Caitlyn Taylor's Bio
Caitlyn has 10 years of Construction experience and has been with Ganem Construction, LLC since 2017. As the Pre-Construction Manager, Caitlyn has assisted/facilitated with the estimation of over 150 projects ranging from $15k to over $10 million. Caitlyn comes from a family of flooring contractors, which has allowed her to shine in her attention to detail when conceptualizing and bidding projects; she is even more effective when coordinating between the architect, client, and Ganem. Caitlyn is Ganem Construction’s main point of contact and overseer of all architects and clients we contract with, where she ensures prompt timeliness on the design and bidding of each project.
Kenny Knight's Bio
Kenny has over 36 years of experience in Construction, ranging from field labor to Chief Estimator. As the Chief Estimator for Ganem Construction, LLC, Kenny is directly involved with the evaluation of every set of plans, as well as for the estimation and scope of our design-build projects. Kenny started with Ganem Construction in 2009 and works with each individual client, architect, and lender to ensure projects are designed, bid, and contracted in accordance with the client’s desires and budget. His unique ability to conceptualize a project from the ground up to final finish selections allows Ganem to provide accurate estimates and comprehensively contract the full scope of our projects.

Hank Evers's Bio
Hank has experience with construction from all aspects of construction. He started in construction working as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager and Project Engineer on many public and private projects of many building types prior to his current position.
As the Vice President of Operations for Ganem Construction, Hank’s responsibilities include acting as an Owner’s Representative coordinating and communicating with Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Consultants while providing oversight and guidance to the actual construction process.
Hank has lead Project Teams through the preconstruction process on numerous and varied types of commercial and industrial construction projects. On current projects he is involved in design review, development of budgets and schedules, and the process of Value Engineering.

Hayley Newman's Bio
Hayley is a Phoenix native and has grown up in the construction industry. Her father has been a commercial construction project manager for over 30 years in the valley. Growing up, Hayley was always on job sites and meeting clients with her father. After graduating Arizona State University in 2007 with a bachelors degree in communication studies, Hayley entered into the construction industry herself. In 2011, Hayley decided to leave the construction industry to pursue an opportunity to work for Yelp in advertising sales. In 2018, she decided to re-enter the construction industry bringing her knowledge and experience to a business development role for Ganem Construction.
Jaime L. Jacobs's Bio
A Certified Construction Manager, Ms. Jacobs is a result-oriented professional with over 25 years A/E/C experience in client services, business development and marketing. Her experience includes both Public and Private sectors and she has successfully maintained both local and national contacts in the development sector throughout her time in the industry. Her skills include first-rate leadership and communication with strong interpersonal, directorial, strategic and analytical skills. Jaime is currently in the process of receiving her Leadership in Affordable Housing Certification.
Marcus Gonzalez's Bio
Marcus Gonzalez has been with Ganem since 2019 and brings proficient experience to our development team. He has been in the construction business for almost 30 years and has focused on building relationships between clients and contractors. He is a vital part of our development side with his skillful team building strategies and proven track record of successful project involvement, from conception to completion. He shines in the strategic planning phases of multi-family, mixed use, industrial and commercial construction projects. We look forward to utilizing his unique skillset to continue development of innovative and useful construction projects.

James Woidyla's Bio
James has been in Construction for over 32 years, working his way up
from field labor to Superintendent and then onto General
Superintendent. James has overseen the Construction of 20+ projects at
a single time; he has personally overseen several multi-million-dollar
projects, such as projects at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating
Station, GRIC Skilled Nursing Facility and the Tucson Mall. With the
ultimate oversight on the Construction and scheduling of each project,
James has successfully steered several projects through faults in
design and even those of natural events. Throughout his career, James
has developed great interpersonal skills; he possesses the ability to
motivate other superintendents to produce better overall
products/
projects. James perfectly exemplifies the General
Superintendent’s role of bridging the gap from the field to office management.
