Scope Of Work
We build from scratch, new soil, new burm to protect the building from the Hwy, new irrigation built on site and wired. Back flow set up and certified, new sod, new plants from our own nursery and created and built a water feature in front of the office.
As we were building our sprinkler system the contractor discovered that his guys put in a side walk incorrectly and had to dig it up, the workers taking up the concrete set the heavy rocks down on the sprinkler system and caused about $800.00 dollars worth of damage. We had to replace a lot of broken parts and plants but we still brought the job in on budget and before the date of completion.
