Scope Of Work
Client was looking to replace a commercial roofing system. We preformed the following scope of work
Project Scope:
Remove and replace plywood with 1/2" CDX below the reglet on all perimeter walls Apply coating Install new 4" 24 gauge galvanized white pre-finished metal counter flashing beneath reglet on all roof to wall details (Mechanically adhered) Remove all old materials form the pitch pans Top pitch pans with two component urethane pourable sealer Cover pitch pans with aluminum T-top where possible Waterproof penetrations that are less than 1.5" in diameter with aluminum pitch pan Ensure that all blocks for various lines have protective materials adhered and are clamped to the line (add additional blocks as necessary) Install new internal drained strainers for all drains which are missing or damaged *EPDM Roof Only*- Remove the blistered area approx. 150 sf and re-install new membrane and insulation Pressure wash the roof surface to remove all dirt, trash, rust, and other debris from surface Apply Acrylic 1000 Plus base coat (Gray) - roller applied Apply Acrylic 1000 Plus finish coat (White)
