Scope Of Work
Few photos from recent MELIA HOTEL installation by our client GECKO - Luxury Floors, in Lima, Peru. Installing 3 mm LVT planks with click-lock system and wood fiber underlayment. Eco-friendly quality and high performance soundproof for comfort accommodation. The wood Underlayment is 100% natural and recyclable; VOC, formaldehyde, glue, toxic emissions free. Being somehow elastic, but not soft, the Underlayment 'coats' the bulges in the concrete on it's bottom layer, remaining hard and sturdy on it's top layer (which client used to save time during installation). On this particular project wood fiber underlayment was chosen due to its high compression strength which plays significant role during installation and usage of LVT, specially thin one as client has chosen.
