Scope Of Work
This project is a conversion of the warehouse space, previously used as a business office for corporation. The scope includes completely demolition of interior walls, new partitions, new MEP and fire sprinklers, new finishes and new assembly stage. The concentrated loose seating occupancy is 458 seats and 29 occupancy on the stage. Overall building 21,516 square feet.
