Repair 2 retaining walls and 5 Courtyard as follows:
The wall needed to be repaired and an effective drainage system behind the wall to relieve hydrostatic pressure on the wall. Provide structural design repair for the wall. Analyze the existing walls to ensure that the existing deterioration has not impacted the ability of the wall to perform its function for its expected life time of 60 years.
