Scope Of Work
The Cottages On Port Republic Apartment Complex overlooking James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, tapped Omega Contracting & Consulting to update and upgrade their Amenity Center. The main project was to create an open concept in their fitness center by tearing down the wall between the underutilized movie theater and the yoga studio, and removing the yoga studio’s floor. This dramatic alteration opened up the fitness center delivering a modern and inviting feel.
In addition to the fitness center construction, the Omega team was responsible for new flooring, paint, trim work, study rooms, business center, lounge/game area, new lighting, and fixtures.
