Scope Of Work
- 25 ton RTU Direct Replacement.
- Remove existing RTU. Gas piping shall be removed up to the roof top wall penetration including the in-line shut off valve. Ensure not to damage existing roof curb.
- - Install new RTU. Make connections to existing supply and return ductwork.
- - Remove all existing controls. Install new thermostat compatible with the new RTU, electronic and 7 day programmable.
- - Provide new gas line with in-line shut off valve between the existing roof top wall penetration and the new RTU.
- - Startup and Air balance
- - Provide training for owner's personnel
