Installation of 6 Roof Top Units as follow:

• Cafeteria RTUs 1A, 1B and 1C 

Three 5 Ton Rtu, Gas/Electric, 460/3ph, Installation, thermostat, ductwork, supply and return register per plans specification.
Note: Electrical Power and Nat. Gas by other.

• Mezzanine RTU 2 

One 10 Ton RTU, Gas/Electric, 460/3ph, Installation, thermostat, ductwork, supply and return register per plans specification.
Note: Electrical Power and Nat. Gas by other.

• Mezzanine RTU 3 

One 6 Ton RTU, Gas/Electric, 460/3ph, Installation, thermostat, ductwork, supply and return register per plans specification.

• Mezzanine RTU 4 

One 3 Ton RTU, Gas/Electric, 460/3ph, Installation, thermostat, ductwork, supply and return register per plans specification.

• Mini Split ACC 1 

24k btu, HP, 208-230, Wall Mnt, 17.5 seer System (includes Condenser, Wall mount Evap. blower, Line set, communication wire, wire and wireless thermostat + full installation) per plans specification. more

 

Refrigeration Scope:

 

1.-Supply and run refrigeration Line for 3 Walk-in Cooler

2.-Supply and install expansion valves on 5 already hung Evaporator blower.

3.-Supply and Install Temp. Control and Solenoid valve on each Walk-in cooler.

4.-Charge them with R404A 5.-Startup units
