Scope Of Work
PELLCO was the General Contractor for the construction of a new green house and a classroom building located within the wetland boundaries on the UW Bothell Campus. The two buildings were supported on the pin piled. PELLCO self performed all demolition, earthwork, underground utilities, structural concrete, and finish carpentry.
