Scope Of Work
PELLCO was awarded the contract for the construction of the District's new decant facility and included a cast in place underground stormwater vault, fueling facility, vehicle wash station, landscape sheds, utilities, sidewalks, asphalt and landscaping. PELLCO self-performed all earthwork, utilities, structural concrete, and rough carpentry.
