CPM was established in 2009 by Ralph Guglielmo, a well-seasoned Construction Management practitioner with over 25 years of professional, managerial and technical experience in the construction industry.

Construction Planning & Management, LLC (CPM) brings together a wealth of planning and management expertise in the execution of construction projects. We provide valuable services in the areas of construction management, project/ program management, solar energy project management and labor compliance program administration.

CPM offers hands-on practical solutions to the needs of their clients. The combined diverse work experience of our staff, in tandem with proven track records of our industries affiliates, ensures the timely, quality, and cost-efficient end results in the projects delivery.

CPM has its corporate and field offices in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Our management team and staff members have the qualifications and experience to successfully undertake assignments on challenging projects. CPM has seamless working relationships with an array of expert and credentialed partners and affiliates, composed of multi-disciplinary design professionals, estimators, schedulers, cost control specialists, site managers, and inspectors.

The collective work experience of our Management Team covers a wide spectrum in the construction industry which includes the educational, institutional, commercial, real estate and government infrastructure sectors, that span over 30 years across different locations in Southern California.
