Scope Of Work

We have been performing multiple parking lot upgrades in order to bring the parking lot handicap stalls and access up to ADA specifications.  This requires a high degree of precision in order to match the percentage slopes for the parking stalls, sidewalks and ramps.  Most of the time, this work has to be within .5% tolerance in order to meet the strict ADA compliance guidelines.  After the concrete is poured, we will use asphalt to bring the parking lot into grade with the new concrete.  Our work also include bollard installation, sidewalk access and ramps.
