Scope Of Work

 southeastern Louisiana flood  August 2016 submerged thousands  homes  businesses.  rainfall exceeded twenty inches in multiple parishes leaving  stranded  their homes  vehicles. During these floods, three Fresenius Kidney Care clinics totaling over 20,000 SF sustained devastating damage from up to four feet  flood water. Before  water had fully subsided, Blackline began coordination  decontamination  demolition. All interior finishes including drywall  many mechanical  electrical components were removed to facilitate a full interior renovation   clinics. Subcontractors, materials,  other resources were brought  from neighboring states to begin  repairs.  order to restore dialysis  to resident patients as quickly as possible, an ambitious  duration  forty-two days was set. Along with our subcontractors, we worked around--clock to repair damage while long lead items were expedited. An exceptional level  coordination was required to keep   on    quality up to standard. With all      state  inspections passed, patients resumed treatment less than six weeks following  interruption  .  clinics include waiting rooms, offices, conference rooms, lounges, restrooms,  treatment  for up to twenty patients. All three  were  under  contracted duration time  forty-two days  under  estimated budget.
