Scope Of Work

Blackline provided design-build services on this 6,500 SF mixed-use medical clinic. The facility consists of an x-ray and procedure room, recovery area, twelve exam rooms, three nurse stations, kitchen, conference room, seven physician/np offices, five restrooms, and several additional supporting areas. By coordinating carefully with the owner, tenant, and architect, we were able to maximize the revenue producing characteristics of the clinic and eliminate idle square footage, all while maintaining a spacious and inviting feel to welcome and accommodate staff and patients.
