Scope Of Work

Blackline was selected through a competitive bid process to complete the tenant buildout of this 6,800 SF outpatient dialysis clinic.  Blackline worked closely with the Shell contractor to ensure a smooth transition occurred between the Shell work and Interior Improvements.  During construction, the owner requested that the schedule be accelerated ten days for turnover before the end of the year.  Blackline was able to accelerate the schedule and deliver the project early while maintaining the same high standards of quality and service.
