Scope Of Work

This 15,000 square foot renal dialysis  was awarded to Blackline through a competitive bid process.  first phase included demolition to  existing interiors along with shell improvements  replacement  all underground utilities  affected  paving.   second phase was  tenant build-out comprising 25 dialysis stations  supporting facilities.  Although  ran concurrent with  Covid-19 pandemic,   was  on   is currently being used for Covid-19 positive patients.
