Scope Of Work

Blackline was selected as   at Risk for this new 9,000 SF renal dialysis . Due to unstable soils,  cast--place foundation is supported by nearly two hundred wood piles each over forty-five feet  length. Structural steel columns  beams support  portico,  engineered wood roof trusses span  full width    supporting a recessed well to conceal rooftop mechanical equipment. Due to an unanticipated need to relocate quickly, our client required that we  this   under 150 days. It took a great deal  coordination between all    design   , but   was delivered within  contracted time.
