Scope Of Work
Teaming with the owner’s interior designer, Blackline acted as the design-builder on this 11,500 SF corporate office renovation. The project occurred in two phases in order to keep the second-floor offices in use during the first-floor renovation, and vice versa. New custom interior finishes were accompanied by partial replacement and/or upgrade of all MEP systems. Blackline was privileged to be a part of the team that delivered a new first-class facility to our client.
