Scope Of Work

Blackline was awarded the contract to repair this 6,000 SF dialysis clinic that was damaged in Hurricane Harvey. Temporary generators were enlisted to provide power for demolition while local and state crews worked to clear roads and restore utility services. Construction personnel were staged in local RV parks and remaining hotels so work could begin immediately. The scope of work included the replacement of all insulation, sheetrock, millwork, acoustical ceilings, flooring and tile, paint, plumbing and electrical fixtures, along with many other items. We completed the demolition and restoration in under 60 days, and patients were able to resume treatment while the community was still very much in the cleanup and recovery stage.
