Scope Of Work

Blackline was selected through a competitive bid process to  shell  interior renovations for this 9,000 SF outpatient dialysis clinic.  Blackline played an integral role in  assessments   existing structure to support  design  structural steel additions for a new roof mounted HVAC system.   shared a demising wall  roofline with a neighboring medical , yet   was  with zero disruption to    patients at  adjacent .
