Scope Of Work

Blackline was selected through a competitive bid process to be the Construction Manager at Risk for the selective demolition and renovation of this 11,000 SF facility for renal dialysis and ambulatory care.  Blackline performed investigative assessments of existing conditions and worked with the design professionals to identify the structural, MEP, and aesthetic systems requiring replacement or upgrade to meet the appropriate healthcare codes and standards.  Blackline performed demolition and construction of shell components and tenant improvements to provide the 25-chair outpatient dialysis clinic in 105 days.  This clinic is currently dedicated to providing dialysis for Covid-19 positive patients in the Jackson area.
