Scope Of Work
Large Government Healthcare Facility needed to change the function of the current mortise locks in patient exam rooms to a special proprietary function. GCR reached out to Armstrong Lock to provide product expertise, walk-thru, and eventually the installation of the product. Armstrong Lock was able to work directly with the lock manufacturer to ensure the correct product was on order and that it would arrive in time.
The installation was performed after hours to avoid interrupting normal business operations. We were able to perform the installation within the desired time frame, ensured that the areas were properly cleaned with approved cleaning products, test the product to ensure proper function. The end-user was very pleased with the outcome.
