The scope of work included demo of all interior walls, plumbing, flooring, exterior doors, HVAC, etc. build new partitions with mahogany top rails, install new vinyl plank flooring throughout, new interior commercial doors, new exposed ductwork with central heat and air system, all new lighting and updated electrical, install new full bathroom with stand up shower and kitchen with upgraded Allen & Roth Cabinetry, install rock wall with custom glass logo.
