Scope Of Work
Following the previous successful completion of their fleet facility and regional corporation office, Massey Services awarded us a subsequent contract for the Interior Build Out of their new, 55,000 SF Corporate Office Building located in Downtown Orlando. Harkins was challenged to coordinate the installation of high end and detailed interior finishes into a very tight construction schedule concurrently with the efforts of the building “Shell” contractor. Interior build out work on lower floors began as floors were being structurally installed 2 stories above. The effort proved highly successful, and all work inclusive of the owners’ demanding requirements was completed in six months.
