Scope Of Work
Ground-up construction of a prototype Toyota dealership. Construction consists of a pre-engineered metal building with curtain wall and lighted front entry portal sign. The air-conditioned service bay contains 20 work bays, and Express Lube area with 4 lifts. The dealership building is located on a 7 acre site with concrete paving, while the used car building is located on an adjoining 3 acre site with 2 acres of concrete paving. The dealership also contains a car wash with 100% re-claim filter system.
