Alston Construction faced a tight deadline for the completion of the 2121 Main retail center, a four-building retail complex in Alhambra, California. The 46,000-square-foot project spans more than three acres and faced scheduling challenges for completion.
At the tenant request, Alston Construction accelerated the delivery of the building shell to the tenants mid-way through of the project. In the face of this schedule change, Alston effectively shifted its project schedule, completing 2121 Main on-time and on-budget.
