Scope Of Work
Agustin Belmontez has worked with the Subway Corporation to do re-imaging, improvements and remodels of their franchise base in Phoenix and surrounding areas.
These remodels are contracted by the franchisee and carried out by with plans, documentation and equipment supplied by Subway Corporation.
All remodels are on a strict timeline meant to minimize store down time and reduce sale losses by the franchisee. Most full remodels are completed in 21 days or less.
