Scope Of Work
This Drive Time retail location was been re-located within Kissimmee, Florida to a higher-traffic locale and to a site that had certain challenges due to the building being an older one with differing inside surfaces for us to mount on. These ranged from sheet rock to aluminum window framing and dry wall and certain electrical wiring obstacles. The client, in line with their specifications for all other 175+ locations, was recommended a Solar shade product in Black with a 5% openness that would keep the heat & glare out, allow visibility outwards but not necessarily in and required little or no maintenance. We fully satisfied all product requirements and managed to get the job finished 2 days prior to store opening date of May 8th, 2017, despite having several vendor-supply issues. Images of the completed task were relayed to their Manager at 3.30 pm on the Saturday prior to opening, having commenced the 52 shade install at 8.00 am that morning.
The comment made upon completion by their Regional Manager was " Perfect, thank you ".
The entire task was completed within their stated budget.
