Scope Of Work
Demolition of 1.6 million SF of structures containing a large amount of asbestos, lead-based paints, and other regulated hazardous materials that had to be removed from the buildings prior to demolition.
CEI self- performed all of the utility disconnects and re-routing of new utilities for the project. There was a substantial amount of heavy concrete demolition as some of the structures had heavily reinforced foundations. All concrete was crushed and re-used on site. CEI achieved an 85% recycle rate for this project. We completed this project a year ahead of schedule with no safety incidences.
