Scope Of Work
The Point at Adams Ridge needed to create a statement when prospective buyers came onto their property. They called on CAVCON to create a clubhouse that is considered one of the primary selling features of the complex. The glamor of the clubhouse’s copper caps, the wrought iron gates, the brilliance of the all-white condo buildings creates an incredible first impression for would be buyers as they drive up the long tree-lined drive into the gated community. The interior of clubhouse is adorned with glistening chandeliers and priceless antiques.
