Scope Of Work
This renovated grocery store was one of the first Publix Supermarkets to open in Virginia. It was previously occupied by Ukrop’s and Martin’s Food Market before being leased by Publix and undergoing a total transformation. The new modern store now features a dine-in gourmet deli and bakery as well as fine wine & cheese shops and a Starbucks coffee bar.
