Scope Of Work
161 Avenue of the Americas an extremely challenging ongoing project in an existing, occupied building, 161 AOA consisted of multiple office tenant interior construction projects, as well as white-box work to create marketable spaces. White box work consisted of selective demolition, patching and reconstruction of concrete ceilings, and reconstruction of column enclosures using salvaged existing brick.
