Scope Of Work

The 8-story Tellus Apartments on Dexter features the new construction of 98 units, ground floor retail and two levels of underground parking. The building is located in the heart of Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood and features a rooftop terrace, landscaped veranda, fitness center, indoor bike storage, and Luxer Package locker system. It was one of the first projects in Seattle to take advantage of the new regulations that allowed 5 levels of wood-framed construction over a 3 level concrete podium above grade. Through total team commitment, the project was completed on schedule and on budget in one of the most difficult and demanding environments for construction in recent memory.
