New construction of a 123,000 sf high-end student housing building in the heart of the University District on the busy corner of 50th and University Ave. This innovative student housing project has 111 fully furnished apartments featuring private bedroom and bathroom floor plans as well as shared bedroom open floor plans. The building has a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga & cycling studios, steam room, rooftop lounge with dining tables and built-in fire pits, oversized hot tub, outdoor kitchen, private study lounge, conference room and more.
