Scope Of Work

Nine medical professionals from four separate practices wanted to co-own a facility instead of leasing. They enlisted RSV to help. RSV guided the group through a months-long brainstorming and planning process. Always eyeing practical solutions, RSV advised on business structure, property acquisition, fi nancing and property development. The partners eventually acquired prime land and created a 28,000 sq. ft. Class A building that meshed with each provider’s business plans. As the Design-Build contractor, RSV assembled and managed all facets of the project.

The result: RSV fi nished the process on time and under budget. Three Creeks Medical Center is an owner-occupied property in a prime location just blocks from Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital. It serves four thriving practices; Cascadia Women’s Clinic, Adventure Dental, Creekside Medical, and Balanced Physical Therapy
