Scope Of Work
A repeat client engaged RSV Building Solutions to create a new 8,500 square foot owner-occupied presence in the thriving SE 192nd Avenue corridor at Mill Plain Crossing. With the project already in design, a sudden change among ownership necessitated a material change in the project scope. RSV embraced the challenge. RSV helped the owners reconfi gure the project. Instead of an owner-occupied space, RSV advanced the concept of a multi-tenant investment property. Business, banking, appraisal, permitting and architectural plans were revised accordingly. RSV then led and managed construction, along with tenant improvements for retailers wanting prime space in fast growing east Clark County
