Scope Of Work

Anticipating a post-recession shortage of regional concrete products paved the way for Columbia Precast Products (CPP). It quickly outgrew leased space in Washougal and needed to find a permanent home nearby. RSV Building Solutions was retained to help find land and to design and build a modern concrete products manufacturing facility. A regional search unearthed a 23-acre parcel in Woodland ideally located along I-5, accommodating long-range business growth. RSV worked with CPP to refine their business model and help them expand their market. Then, RSV designed and built a 50,000 sf facility, 5,000 sf office headquarters, 6,000 sf storage workspace and a product and aggregate staging yard. The facility is first in its industry nationwide to receive SMART certification for sustainable materials – a major milestone.
