Scope Of Work

After many years of struggling to get Cabela’s and the City of Buda to agree to a self storage project, Noah’s Ark Development wasn’t going to disappoint in the overall design of the facility. Although the Home Owners Association (HOA) would have plenty to add to the overall appearance of the self storage buildings, it was always Noah’s Ark Developments plan to have this state-of-the-art facility assimilate the Buda German architecture. The architect went to great lengths to make the facility blend in with the community, but still utilized modernized features and cutting edge materials. The 67,580 square foot facility houses over four hundred climate and non-climate control units, thirteen RV & Boat uncovered stalls, a covered non-climate breeze way, several exterior access climate control units, a two story office/apartment, and many more features to make customers secure and comfortable.
