Scope Of Work
Michels was the concrete paving subcontractor for the construction of the Highway 26 Janesville - Fort Atkinson Road Interchange Project. The project consisted of constructing 10 miles of 26-foot wide rural concrete pavement, which includes ramps, lanes, and mainline. The concrete pavement was approximately 165,000 square yards, and all concrete for the highway construction was mixed at a Michels' batch plant located on site. Michels also provided over 250,000 tons of dense base material prior to paving.
