Scope Of Work
Xebec and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, acting on behalf of a Firm-managed fund is announced the development of Sun Valley Industrial Park, a $58 million state-of-the-art Class A industrial development located in Sun Valley, CA.
Gergen Construction’s scope of work on the industrial warehouses totaling 361,038 square-feet is the below grade environmental barrier, vent piping and monitoring system in the two buildings by installing 60 mil Liquid Boot Plus System, consisting of 40 mils of Liquid Boot 500 sprayed onto 20 mil VI-20 EVOH carrier plastic to make a 60 mil barrier system.
