Scope Of Work
The scope of this projected included tearing off all of the existing roofing materials including the decking, resheeting the entire roof deck, installing ice and water shield, installing felt paper, and installing architectural asphalt shingles. For this project we also installed brand new 5 inch commercial grade gutters and downspouts. The client for this project was the Superintendent of Public Works for the Village of Frankfort.
