Scope Of Work
Wolverine Building Group was hired by Global Technologies to complete an office remodel and an extensive custom metal building expansion at their facility in Spring Lake, Michigan.
Design/Build services were used to construct an additional 5,000 square feet of office space using a conventional steel building. In addition, the existing 6,000 square feet of office space was remodeled to create a seamless transition between the old and new. Wolverine’s design/build services were used to construct an additional 15,000 square feet of pre-engineered metal building to expand production at the facility. Our team was able to increase manufacturing capability for Global Tech by applying custom metal building construction experience.
